Policies

We have invested in online technology that allows our guests to book online at any time of day or night. We do not reserve appointments over the phone. A card must be put on file to reserve your appointment. 

We ask that you give us 48 hours notice for canceling a scheduled appointment. This gives us ample time to fill your spot. A cancellation under 48 hours is considered late and will result in a 50% charge of the services booked. You may cancel your appointment online or by texting us at (585) 207-1113

After two late cancels you may be banned from online booking, lose your deposit  and will need to reach out to us via text to schedule any future appointments. You may also be required to prepay for your appointment. 

We have a zero tolerance policy for no shows. Any and all no shows will lose their deposit, be banned from booking any future appointments, and will be charged a holding fee. 

Our nail techs do not get paid if you don't show up, please be respectful of our time and cancel if you can not make your appointment. 

Aggressive and rude behavior is not tolerated. Please treat our nail technicians and space with respect. Continuous complaints about our services, music, or location will result in us asking you not to come back. 

We are a small business and have put our heart and soul into The Nail Room. 

We do not offer refunds on services or gift cards. 

We guarantee all of our services for 7 days. If you have any issues with your manicure or pedicure within 7 days please reach out to us

via text (585) 207-1113 or email thenailroomroc@gmail.com to schedule a fix. 

After the 7 day mark you may be required to pay a small nail fix fee.
